Find roles. Score them. Draft what you send.
The agent fills a board with honest fit scores, a tailored resume, and a cover letter. Open a card, edit it, then approve.
Appily never submits an application. You send it yourself.
Role profiles
One resume per role you are targeting
Upload a PDF, DOCX, or paste. Appily extracts contact, skills, and experience into a role-specific profile. Basic and Plus include one; Pro includes three.
Gap analysis · Basic
Current role → the role you want
Not a job posting — the higher role you want. Readiness score, SWOT, and a do-not-claim list so you do not invent experience on the way there.
Sourcing · Plus
Find roles, then score them honestly
Paste a description you already have, or let a search agent hunt from a profile. Weekdays, the morning run fills the board before 9am. LinkedIn and Indeed stay out of the fetch list.
Pipeline · Plus
A board that waits for you
Sourced through offer, with you in the middle. Open a card to edit the tailored resume, cover letter, and screening answers. Approve — then you mark it applied.
Career tools · Plus
The same truthfulness, on demand
Resume builder, cover letter, ATS scan, mock interview, and an interview buddy. Each run is tied to the active profile and an optional job.
You stay in control
Drafts wait. Submissions are yours.
Every run, step, and error lands in Activity. The bell catches morning results, high-fit matches, and failures. Jump with ⌘K. The rule does not change: you send.
Pricing
One profile to start. Three when you need them.
Basic is free. Plus is £5.99 a month for the full loop with one profile. Pro is £9.99 for the full loop and three profiles.
